The prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning and are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights or 7 nights respectively (shorter stay is possible only on demand and with additional costs). Breakfast and visitor's tax is not included.
The studios accommodate twoo persons. For each additional person an extra charge will be imposed.
During christmas time, new year´s eve, King Ludwig Sports or other special events booking requests with a stay of minimum 7 nights are prefered. Of course shorter bookings are possible in case of availability.
You don´t need to provide pre-payments for the booking, but we ask you to cancel in time in case you cannot travel. Please note that we charge 90 % of the costs excl. Kurtaxe for a cancellation within 14 days before arrival, if we couldn't rent out the object again. (our terms and conditions: GBD-EN-Gastgeberversion.pdf
