Services and conditions
The prices include bed linen, towels and final cleaning and are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights or 7 nights respectively (a shorter stay is possible only on request and with additional costs). Breakfast and visitor’s tax are not included.
The studios accommodate two persons. For each additional person an extra charge will be imposed.
During Christmas time, New Year’s Eve, King Ludwig Run or other special events, booking requests with a stay of at least 7 nights are preferred. Of course shorter bookings are possible in case of availability.
You don’t need to make a pre-payment for the booking, but we ask you to cancel in time in case you cannot travel. Please note that we charge 90 % of the costs excl. Kurtaxe (visitor’s tax) for a cancellation within 14 days before arrival, if we cannot rent out the apartment again.
